How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, it typically takes around 14 days to receive your items. Here’s how the process works:

1. After your order is placed, it will begin processing and your image will be edited.
2. Within 2-3 days, you’ll receive an email with your final image uploaded.
3. Please review the image and let us know if you're happy with it.
4. Once approved, we will proceed with your order and begin printing.
5. Always keeping you updated along the way to ensure a smooth and timely delivery!

Can I add more than 1 image?

Yes, you can add up to two images to your chosen item at no extra cost! If your item has a zipper in the center, we recommend uploading only one image. However, if you do choose to upload two, they will be stacked one on top of the other.

I can't find a product that I like?

No worries! Just send us a message, and we’ll update the website to offer exactly what you're looking for. After all, this is a customisable site, and we want you to love the product you’re purchasing! Let us know what you need, and we’ll make it happen.

Can I return my order if I’m not happy?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized products, as they cannot be resold. However, if the item is faulty, we will be happy to assist with a return. Please refer to our returns policy for more details on how we handle these situations.
